Top Spot Terms

We take full amount out of your credit card up to 48 hours prior.

If your credit card is declined, your booking is subject to cancellation.

We hold a $100 pre authorisation on your credit card upon check in, in case of damages and/or breakages etc. #There is a NO Smoking policy inside the Motel Units (there will be a charge put onto your credit card,if we detect any smoking smell or butts in the unit necessitating us to de-fumigate and/0r if we have to put the unit out of action) #No pets on the Premises.


Office hours are 9.00am - 6pm daily, If you are arriving outside those hours, please phone us to make arrangements for your smooth check-in. For longer stays: we do not service daily but will replace towels upon request, no charge. Tea,coffee,milk, sugar supplied for first night stay only.Weekly service only.Stove/Hot plates/Elect Frying pan available at extra cost per night.    

Directions:- Take Bruce Highway until you see the Maroochydore sign turnoff. Take that road - Maroochydore Road
Keep on this road for approx 20mins. Go past Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre K-Market sign on right hand side then at the next set of traffic lights turn left onto Beach Road We are on right hand side, next to AVIS CAR RENTALS
